Your remote OUTPOST
Featured in Vogue, OUTPOST blends the luxury of a hotel with the privacy of your personal escape retreat house. Guests have access to a 10,000 m2 property with a swimming pool, a private yoga/coworking space, vast garden, sauna with sea view, outdoor gym, tennis court and more.
Solo or shared apartments
While at OUTPOST you will be staying at your own private apartment of 40-60 sq. meters. There are seven 1-bedroom apartments and two 2-bedroom apartments with shared bathroom. There is ample living room and terrace space in all. Shared apartments come at a discounted rate.
Each OUTPOST apartment is equipped with:
- Living and dining areas
- Fully equipped open
- Kitchen with essentials such as organic olive oil and sea salt
- Shower gel, shampoo, and soap crafted by local artisans using cold-pressed oils
- Towels, bedding, bathrobes, and a hairdryer
- Coco-Mat beds made from organic and natural materials
- Open fireplace and central heating for comfort
- And of course, a mesmerizing sea view to inspire your days and evenings.
Program rundown
Here is what a 3-Day Workation looks like
Once you qualify as a suitable participant for the program, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process.
Upon arrival at Lisbon, we can arrange a pick you from the airport for you. You will be taken to the venue where the entire group will be staying.
Day one offers the chance to settle into your apartment and explore the surroundings. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet your fellow cohort members and your cohort leader.
The real action begins the next day. We’ll provide you with a coworking space right at the venue, ensuring a conducive environment for your productivity.
Each subsequent day is filled with dedicated work sessions, coaching, coworking, and learning opportunities. Step by step, you’ll work towards resolving your challenges with the support of your peers.
Balancing work and play is essential. There will be ample time for personal reflection, as well as opportunities to try exciting activities like surfing, yoga, and savoring local gastronomy.

A taste of activities
You will get a chance to try surfing in a year-round destination for surfers, with autumn being one of the best seasons with favourable wind conditions.
Your breakfast, lunch and dinner will be prepared by a local chef @shanis.kitchen – healthy and yummy with vegetarian and gluten-free options.
We’ll practices yoga at a 70 m2 yoga studio with a fire place and floor-to-ceiling glass windows facing the ocean or yoga deck on the rooftop.
We will visit most western vineyard of the European mainland, and taste wines with a salty note from exposure to the sea breeze.
At Outpost you can enjoy sauna with sea view, indoor and outdoor shower.

David Henzel, the CEO of upcoach – an online coaching platform empowering coaches to spread their teachings to more people with less effort so millions can reach their full potential. With over 20 years of experience in the SaaS and e-commerce space, David has had multiple exits, including MaxCDN.
David’s passion is to help individuals and their organizations reach their full potential. Spring is a shoulder season and is a great time to visit! In April, average daytime temperatures in Portugal are around 18-20°C (65-68°F). Rain isn’t uncommon, but mostly, you can expect beautiful sunny skies. Sometimes temperatures rise to summer-like 25°C (77°F).
